KOMAN employs a SAFETY RECOGNITION PROGRAM in conjunction with our values to Never Compromise on Safety.
Challenge coins are presented in recognition of superior safe behavior. All employees and subcontractors may participate.
All elements must be met. Components of our program include:
- Nominated by a safety professional within the KOMAN Family of Companies
- Report a minimum of 5 Near Misses (Documented)
- 5 Consecutive safety audits scoring a 99% or better (Documented)
- Conduct at least 1 safety talk (“Toolbox Talk for the field)
- Perform a safety presentation
